i would put in some of these if someone could make them look good on water - they currenly very nice but they are not like swimming animals (like i did on current water units)

so please someone try eg. sharks, manaray, octopuses and so on maybe some little fish.

ok UOS 20 - all planes are set to this:
CAN_BE_PASSED_BY_ENEMY, //if a unit can not "block" enemy ever (like a plane should not block ground units and other planes in movement.

so planes should not go over anything (except walls caltrops and such that has CAN_BE_FLOWN_TRU) but all ground units should go under them? also other planes can go "over" them? we can change 2 ways: a) making it engine wise: flyers do not block anything only flyers and vica-versa ground blocks only...

you can set in json which units to effect
we generally use the M_ categories and he corresponding U_ ones

units should only be affected once: you mean 2 stukas should not put -3 twice? if so that is configurable if an effect is mutiplicable or not.

would u try jsoning it?
