Just happened to me. I conquered a TC from the last enemy, a human player. There was a "you won" dialog and then "please wait to the ai"

+1 for same last map, but with different starting units.
If you'll decide to do that, you should also use same kings/unit names in the story of orcs vs undead

Campaign: The Mighty Elf

Lianas, an elf, become a local hero in a small elven village called Leodor, and decide to go to a journey. In his way he need to fight stronger and more evil powers. first against local evil elves, then humans, then with a human ally against orcs and lastly all these 3 races against the undead race....

I really liked the idea of ports but it might be dangerous for the gameplay. e.g. if someone create many ports on different places on a big map, he can get too many units to arrive any place too quickly. Orcs might have something closer to the human ram, instead of the wagon. undead might still use ...
