Like to cap planes limit to like 2 or 3 per airfield? Idk how that would apply to aircraft carriers since it is a naval unit that can be build "limitless" unlike a buildings... But i guess we could add hangars as building to increase the plane cap, while aircraft carriers increase the cap by 1 plane...

There was a post around here somewhere that was suggesting as balance to airplanes, to add vanishing to them, then add delay vanishing aura to airfields+aircraft carriers and also reducing the cost of the planes in overall... Yep, but their focus wans't frontline, fencing was created for duels and close combat, using technique for precise attacks on the weak spots of the enemy, delivering big punishment for the smallest mistakes... And not for crowd combat of the frontlines. For a normal fencer at least, would be hard to...

Well, taking note that they are tanks under legs, and they were suposed to be faster than basic infantry, it would be a really broken unit, so i halved it to make some sense in gameplay... i think just boosting beam tank health would increase a lot its value... but is not like i can argue too much a...

It is all about perspective, giant units kinda have a problem with it, like hamletback is clearly smaller than ettin, but both almost reach the limit of the tile size, they must be smaller to fit the 64px limit, for example, all the dragons probably would break the limit since they could easilly pas...

But if you mean why they are big, simple, in fact, they are intended to be big, like 4 or 5 meters high + they are overmuscled (i think thats how you say ppl that is too much muscled shape).
