That's what reach was supposed to do, but since AoS doesn't follow the same unit structure as AoF we can't add 2 ranged polearms.

That was directed to Wolts when he reads LoA's message in the future.

But yeah, excess gems is still a ridiculous thing to complain about. It allows betting, buying market maps, and unlocking units.

Agreed, +1 speed to seige weapons would be drastic.
Still: Advancements center researchable
+ 1 speed one for chariots and mantlets

Change: Not for every wheeled unit.

Does ANSWERED mean there's no solution for this?

I already knew what caused it, I just wanted to see if it would be fixed.

I for one believe forests should only overide plains tiles such as grass, snow, and sand.

Good idea, but I'd change the name to either "Wheel Rounding" or "frictionless wheels" This tech should be in advancement center and researched for 8 turns to give 1 more movement to all wheeled units such as wagons(maybe not), chariots, battering rams, seige mantlet, hwacha, catapults, canon, and b...

The thing is: shield knights already have 25% - 40% bonus against foot archers. And why should they not? All mounteds have bonus against archer expt for horse archers. Shielders deal 2 less dmg than swordsman, I simply want them to deal swordsman damage to only foot_archers so that they can down the...

I still find them underused. They rely on techs to become competent, but even then there are much more investments that can do the same only better.

Shielder/Defender Bonuses

Despite being slower than and unranged to skirmishers they deal the same damage to archers. I feel as they are anti-archer they should have .34 bonus to deal 8 dmg to take down archers in 2 turns if they can even reach them.

I was talking about lizard archers which I remembered had 5 specifically. Draconians can get higher base range since they're elite.

Minimum Range Tracker

Same thing as the maximum range finding mechanic, only it shows a 2nd layer (diamond) for minimum range. To make the minimum range changes more identifiable for newcomers and old players.

Not exactly, it's just that better eyes don't necessarily mean better aim, it requires calculation and practice to improve effective range.
