1. Skin should not be changeable (normal human skin; this is historical based game, not fantasy/unreality) 2. Weapons and armor can't be changed too drastically in colors as well. I and Alexander82 were discussing images of buildings and we agreed that some of them need more love. I would prefer pure weakness (-attack, non stackable with itself) effect on hit.
And maybe corpse eating (walls of necropolis are made from corpses).

Orc crusher had too wide range of bonuses and against some categories it had 2 instances of bonuses (for example 100% and 300% to giants which resulted in 60 damage against giants total for tier 1 without buffs). Now orc crusher has 100% bonus to ships, siege machines and throwers; 400% to factories...

Firstly cost of captain should be 4 with current stats and speed aura. Secondly if you want any reanimation/summon than it will significantly raise cost of captain. Like up to 7-9 turns. I prefer not making all factories to be constructible in 4 actions. Races with cheap workers should have a bit more costly factories to be on pair at start with races with 3 turn cost workers.

I think though that due to cheapness of goblins previous actions costs for shaman hut, orc camp are better balanced.
