How about give them some bonus on melee foot like 25% to increase dmg by 1-2 points of damage
(Do the math on from 4BaseDmg +)

Actually in real life horses are afraid of spears, pikes and other polearms cause they are aware that they can die horses don't charges idiotically to pikemen and that is an example of psychological warfare which is connected to fear and shock troops. Yeah This Post was actually gonna be only about statues but a stationary banner would feel good too

But More Statues
Statues will give high morale to 3-5 range
It can be a prince statue or a knight

And maybe have it as map editor only IDK

Add in banners and statues in game
Actually mostly statues cause there are already banners

Statues would be stuff you can build the cool thing about this is that it gives
High morale to allies maybe 3-4 range does not stack

And maybe give it that demoralize effect whenever it gets destroyed
