new spec option:
IS_COOLDOWN_ON_SPAWN -- if set AND it has cooldown, than the cooldown will start right on unit spawning

I try to keep the game (all games) simple, and this would complicate it as i feel.
the "wreck" part could be (like in AOF corpses) but we need to have some role of these wrecks.

we are not rushing to make new factinos, we need to finalize the current ones first and after having all assets open only the new factions (wil lbe harder to balance and finish the current ones if we have to deal with other nations too)

i am sorry for the loss but please dont spend time making same images for other factions by simply recoloring them,
because we need brand new image designs for all
(including turrets - i know turrets are like this currently but we should sometime make separate turrets for all nations too)

actually anyone can go into the apk as a zip file. eg. with total commander, and see the assets

Here. @S@Stratego (dev) , an edit... Due to size, can't do much but flip... So I did that. But added an occupied version as well i met totally different aligndment (wg. one has only one building but bigger base area, other has eg. only 2 but in diggerent angle or something - it still looks the same...

they can not as they can not fly because only one uit can be in one tile - there are neutral "units"
