Spell: (race?) Clockspinning spell

On vanishing units or effects the spell adds a counter on the countdown counter or removes a counter.
all friendly effects will have +1 value, and all enemy effects will have -1.

i dont know which race/unit should have this spell.

It can replace the vanishing +1 spell and be called timeshift

Cool idea. This way undeads will have more ways to face elves. Do you think should be for necromancer or we might give it to the lich (since it is an high level spell) and leave the necro the +1 vanishing one (that is more in line with the class)

Yeah it the spell becomes timeshift it wouldnt be fit the necromances.
But putting it on a lich would seem pointless since they have better things to do like summoning dragons and rasing skelelons. I think it its made into a spell for the lich it should have a small (2-3) area of effect but should have 8 turns to research. Or just simply 5 range instead of 3

Then they could have it if they research it for 3 turns (curse is 4 turns and its a way better spell). And it should also be able to increase curses and such in a pinch

that image could be set as a another spell for specific unit.. (e.g lich, necromancer)
