Cost 6 turns.
Gives all Skeletons with any weapon "poison" ability.

Just synch with orc poisoned weapons and add to undead. This makes it at least a biracial tech to be stolen.

At that point, it might be worth adding the ability to humans and elves, but not the tech. Orcs and undeads could research it or steal, but humans and elves can only steal it.
Currently residing at the local ninja academy. I'm still watching though.
