Wolf rider:
Lower spell resist to 0%
Heavy wolf rider:
Lower spell resist to 10%
Master wolf rider:
lower spell resist to 20%
All goblin pikers:
Remove "Blow goblin" spell - because with 1-2 troll shamans hamletback can infinitely summon goblins for infinite amount of explosions.
(once i made 80 explosions for 1 turn... it is completely op)
All hamletback's:
Increase cost by 1
Troll headhunter:
Lower range to 4
Change bonus to 100% to archers and dragons. no bonus to other flying units (ornithopter/zeppelin carrier/war zeppelin as example)
Remove dodge ranged
Elite troll headhunter:
Lower range to 5
Change bonus to 100% to archers and dragons. no bonus to other flying units (ornithopter/zeppelin carrier/war zeppelin as example)
Remove dodge ranged
Master troll headhunter:
Lower range to 6
Change bonus to 100% to archers and dragons. no bonus to other flying units (ornithopter/zeppelin carrier/war zeppelin as example)
Remove dodge ranged
Olog hai (all):
Increase cost to 8
Uruks:
Change cost of all uruk hais to 4
Add spell resist gain per upgrade: 10% (max level will have 30% spell resist)
Uruk archer:
Lower base damage to 9
Lower base range to 5
Stats gain per upgrade is same.
Uruk axeman:
Add 50% bonus to infantries and heavy infantries
Upgrades change:
Orc skin:
Lower cost to 4 turns
Poison weapon:
Lower cost to 6 turns
Abilities change:
Poison weapon:
Increase length to 3 turns, lower cooldown to 6 turns

not drastically. a bit of armor nerf but for example uruk axes gain buff in way of bonus damage to infantries and heavy infantries.
With troll headhunters many races have really high problems because of dodges and because i removed them.
Poison weapon ability is buffed: +1 turn length, -2 turns cooldown while cost of it is lowered.

It does look that way doesn't it. My suggestion is to do the goblin pikers bit (too easy to get them for them to explode), the headhunter part (that's been debated a lot), and the uruk archers (who are currently the best true archers in the game, despite this supposedly being an orcish weak point)

Beyond that, I'd suggest for poison weapon to become a permanent bonus, not a temporary ability (suggested it a few times before) and a slight flavor change. I'd actually say raptor riders should be goblins, not orcs, and subject to the goblin upgrade line combined with the cavalry upgrades, rather than the orc line with cavalry upgrades. This would help explain raptor riders having the speed they do. Probably avoid giving them grenades due to the high speed though.

Give this time to change balance and see if it still needs adjusting
Currently residing at the local ninja academy. I'm still watching though.

I just don't like how uruk archer gets 0/0 armor. He has uruk armor and balancing can't do anything about it

i will leave armors for now as they are.
For now, until more content will come for other races.

Also uruks and olog hais need higher ocst than they have now as well as hamletbacks.

As we have spoken privately we are going to expand other races a lot, so there is no need to adjust anything untile then
