When you design a unit it might need new sounds.
A unit can have several type sounds: launching arrow sound, unit select sounds, attack sounds, damaged sounds, occupying sounds and so on
This is how is made the sounds (piece of cake)
1. i searched here for a free sound: http://www.freesound.org/search/?q=rocket&f=&s=score+desc&advanced=0&g=1
2. converted it to .ogg and reduced their size:
- as a result we need .ogg files possibly the smallest ones (5k-10k maxkimum 20k for lengthy ones)
- and i have used this little app to edit it and covert to ogg: http://audacityteam.org/
there might be much better ways getting sounds, but i am new in this area, i found these sources/apps accidentally and they seemed ok to me. Feel free to post here any better ideas/apps.

HOW TO MAKE THEM SMALL
1) check your export quality when you export. You probably want the lowest quality to save on space (it's not like a dubstep track - no one will tell the difference)
2) make sure your track is a mono track - that saves a lot of space
3) also check the almost silent parts of the sound (on start and on the end of the sample), we dont need those lengty, and very quiet parts
4) also most of the sounds needs to be short (while playing you dont want to losten to a 5 second long roaring of a unit on selecting it.) - so use the fade out option to even cut in the half of a sound sample, and delete the not needed part of the sound.
