I found an idea. How about making dwarven fighter can transform into longbeard/old fighter after 12 turns. So you will keep your fighters alive.

I agree (i've made many dwarven units) but we should improve the current races to be "complete" before adding another one

With all the talk of implementing more races, I figured it's time we finish this one up. We need more ruin images, at least some basic ships or bridges, as well as some defensive structures at least to make this race implementable.

Dwarven Lookout: Basic defense structure for the dwarves. Should be about fortress strength, but easier to build, since I would hope that dwarven workers would have stronger mending rate. (Dwarves should be have good buildings/defenses).

I'm not a dwarf rune expert with a dwarf rune expert book like first_speaker, but I finished up the last runes, just to finally get it over with. Here are 7 more runes for the last 7 rune spells. :)

All we really 100% need now is some sort of bridge or transport!

I seem to have a hard time with ships, but....

Dwarven Transport: Can carry one troop. Fairly easy to build, but it is no force to be feared. So long as these images are good, this race is practically ready to implement now! :)

Ok, good! I reshaded it and edited little things multiple times, and I guess it just didn't feel right to me because I was thinking about it too much. :)

I imagined a tireme with lower HP but higher attack.
