Units: swordsman, crossbow man, knight, catapult, magic, gyrocopter (scouting).
Hero: Paladin (heal, aura of armor, hummer blow and resurrection, max lvl 10)
Spells for Paladin: Heal: get 3 lvl: 1 lvl - 35 h/point, 2 lvl - 45 h/point, 3 lvl - 60 h/point
Aura of armor: get 3 lvl: 1 lvl - +1 point armor for all soldiers, 2 lvl - +2 point armor for all soldiers,3 lvl - +3 point armor for all soldier
Hummer blow: get 3 lvl: 1 lvl - 50 dmg, 2 lvl - 75 dmg, 3 lvl - 100 dmg
Resurrection: get 1 lvl: 1 lvl - ressurected a 5 dead soldier (your and ally)
Structures: altar of king (united paladin), barracs (united swordsman, crossbow man, knight), workshop (united catapults and gyrocopters), temple of truth (united magics).

magic: is it like a "mage"?

"max lvl 10" what does it mean? some kind of levels of the hero? if so i suggest not to bring it on the first version (no such engine is there)
how these levels work by the way?

"heal, aura of armor, hummer blow and resurrection" are these spells?

"united" what does united mean in you context?

levels: Maybe after killed/healed a given amount of units, units level uo, and get better (more: hp, attack, armors,)

Steam or Siege engine can also be a unit.
It would be an extra hand for catapult-lovers.
