Good, though the japanese infantry should be shorter than any other country. And the weapon (+bayonet) surpass their own height! Though you didn't need to follow it.
Currently exploring the wonder of dimension.

It looks like this is headed in the right direction. Try adding the machine guns to it. Also try to make the turret more short and round.

I may try to enlargen the Type 91 artillery when I have time for it, right now it is too small.

Japan was known for their fleet mainly for their heavy amount of carriers and the two mega battleships yamato and musashi. You have bismarck the Germans version of the super battleship so you should of course put in at least one of the two. I think for the carrier you should put in a light aircraft carrier little quicker to build then the Lexington for example little quicker in movement but less storage and hp. For airforce you have the dreaded zero fighter greater then anything usa could throw out for most the war. Their is also the so called betty bomber but i forgot the exact designation. Kamakazi could also work if they are like the classic hit them once or twice down they go down most games have. Perhaps a separate type of aircraft quick build but easy to wipe out while having the damage they do if they do hit something dictated by defense like hitting a carrier wouldn't be a one hit but hitting a tank would. Just brainstorming :D

I think it would great if kamikaze was a tech that unlocks a skill called, "Kamikaze." The skill will instantly kill the unit using it, and cause great damage to any unit. The damage it causes should be enough to kill a medium tank, and it will have a bonus on Ships to being them down more quickly.

I think it should depend on the ship class. Even in the war a kamakazi didn't mean instant defeat to the bigger ships. A carrier or battleship could usually take a few before being knocked out. The US carriers i know for sure took a few each and kept going. It would unbalance the ships if any aircraft was capable of insta killing them. It would for sure suggest fleet formations rather then solo runs I'm fond of. Tank one hit for sure no reason why not. All this really points to large armies and fleets clashing

The bigger ships have about a thousand hp, the kamikaze ability will do 175 damage to ships or 200. (Whichever sounds more fair to you.) 10 damage to infantry type units, and 50 to tanks. Aircraft will be instantly killed because a fighter could kill any aircraft with 2 or more hits, so 50 damage as well.

Unfortunately i don't have the hp of units memorized so I'll bow out on that one don't wish to be ignorant. It would keep some balance to have infantry capable of surviving a kamakazi scattering and all and a tank would need to be top of the line to not be knocked out of the fight. It all does sound pretty good. A gem unlocked ability allowing a zero be either a air to air or a kamakazi.. i like it :D let's hope the boys in charge do

Okay then I guess, damage 200 will be fine. I believe the minimum ship hp was 300, attacking in fleets would be a better idea than going one at a time with planes.

Banzai charge. Special ability for Japanese Infantries that last for 2 turns. Cause fear on enemy's in range of 2. Change power to 15 while in effect. The unit will suffer a lot of damage after killing a unit. Cooldown=4 turns.

Banzai ability can only be applied to self (selected infantry).
Duration=2 turns.
Cooldown=4 turns
Effects:
Change power from 7 to 15.
Everytime the applied infantry kills a unit=the killer will lose an amount of HP.
Get fear passive abilities (-1 speed for adjacent infantries including ATs and MGs). Range of passive ability=2 tiles.
