buildings smoke animations

now we have a few nice buildings in aow by Avalyn, but their smoke is not moving, can anyone make these building to have animation with a few frames? (eg. German factory)

here german, and russian tankfactory for starter

actually they could be 2 tile heigth tile to have space for smoke

we only need separate animation image for occupied state

Okay "stratego" I can not finish the job, I am sorry. Who ever made the images made it very complicated.

Congrats on Ur new lvl up lol :lol: I was also thinking of trying animation on the same structure but looks like u did a better job than I ever could

I have discovered how to add new frames in pixly, a little tweaking and pretty sure I will get the hang of it soon

very good!
- please increase image height to avoid fumes being cutted
- dont make very quick and verry noticable motions - imagine 3-4 such factories it will be annoying to see always moving - please move it very very slightly.
- please make the not-occupied and occupies state into separate image(set)
apart from these it is awesome!

What if you could make the smoke go to the right a little more when it rises and keep it there for a second or two.

i tryed another fast approach and ... failed. Check it yourself.
i guess i have to do it pixel by pixel instead of fastly do some quick brush strokes.

It's a bit to fast, a bit too noticeable, don't worry I get to mine soon enough once I finish what I'm doing.

good quality animation has lots of frames with little changes between two corresponding frames, there is no way around it the harder and more patiently u work the better it will pay off

Yes "gok" time is key to any animation.
