Sentry has messed stats

I have a random game that's just about to end with several elven sentries across the map. Some at default have 1/1 actions while others have 2/2 actions. When I use their aimed shot ability they each gain two turns and reduced damage so one sentry may have 2/3 turns and another will have 3/4. The sentries with 1/1 actions also tend to have a greater default boost as well.

Also also, some sentries are unaffected by my elven smithing techs while others are.

It's either because you update the game mid game and it got messed up (so it won't re appear), or something is messed up with JSONs...

Sentries have gained revamped stats from first idea but in existing games old sentries will keep their old stats.
Specifically for not so genious persons
