Bill is the weapon mate. Joe & Smith could be the men wielding it tho ;)

This could also be used for the English, in Nations.

Good point Disco, then we could have longbows and this for english, making the nation more viable.

Longbowmen are in game but they aren't a national unit. We might change that if Daniels gives us the ok

We might think about some restyling and some pump-up of its stats (as far as i can see right now there is no point in training longbowmen once you have crossbowmen, that it might be accurate from an hystorical point of view :D but it is not great for game balance.

If we reduces longbow to 2 turns in nations, then it would basically give the english free crossbow tech. :)

Where is the player color on the image?

1) did not check stats at all so no clue if they are balanced
2) why do we need this upgrade?

On same place as halberdier, but will be more noticable if not pink

Dc is right, only if we agree on cavalier

Currently they don't need another upgrade as i see because with all upgrades they have 10 damage and 2/2 armor.

They can one-hit-one-kill almost every mounted unit exept elephants and elephant archers.

Or you want unit that can one-hit-one-kill every unit in the game? IF yes, then use assasins.

There was another "Halberdier upgrade" topic with exactly the same name i think.

Also please remove "Accepted status" because 1. There is no agreed stats. 2. this will dramatically change balance in the batlles "Cavalry vs anti-cavalry"
