Kusarigamajitsu IMPLEMENTED

I was thinking wether should be a ninja skill or individual unit.
Let the community decide (yeah is in tech. Sec :p)

Kusarigama

Kusarigama is a traditional Japanese weapon that has a sickle and a weight, they are connected with a chain. The length of the chain is about 1000-4000 mm.
Introduced during Muromachi shogunate (apx.1336-1573)
Unlike shuriken, kusarigama is not necessarily a weapon only for ninjas. It was originally a self-defence weapon for people who were not permitted to have a Samurai's sword, like farmers, craftsmen, and merchants. But Kusarigama are so compact that a man can bring it concealed inside of his clothing so ninjas especially liked to use them.
method of use

Attacking with the weapon usually entailed swinging the weighted chain in a large circle over one's head, and then whipping it forward to entangle an opponent's spear, sword, or other weapon, or immobilizing his arms or legs. This allows the kusarigama user to easily rush forward and strike with the sickle. Also, the weapon is said to have the highest mortality rate of any and all weapons of its time.

So
It should have passive disarm and slowing, (-5 atk - 2-3 speed) with some dmg 8-10
Range 3
CD 1

Cost 6 Dojo

Or we may make an early peasant wielder, no armored unit, 3-4 cost
May get bonus to light infantry, average Attak

Or make both.

Is it a 6 turn ninja? Or a 6 turn upgrade tech where he has same abilities as b4 but his attack becomes ranged with passive debuff, may b make this only available in non stealth mode?

the proportion between the blade and the handle are too different. make handle a bit taller, and make blade a fraction of the size

I think it could be specialised debuffer.
4th (including sai) transformation of ninja, only allowed after research.
I would make it have normal melee attack (kama) - 5-6 power with 1 attack, but requiring no action points debuff with 1 turn cooldown (so usable every turn once, along with normal attack). Debuff could be 1 turn -5 power, -3 speed.
