Bugbear images need resized. I made them as big as Hamletbacks.

Here's a general idea on their sizes.
Btw, I think I have a goblin that you might like. It's unique. :D

It's the bottom one, Barghust goblin, it can change into a wolf, or well, a barghust wolf.

Ahh! I remember. I have 3.5e Monster Manual, GOOD IDEA. have it be like a werewolf that has 3 different forms instead of 2.

I thought you wanted a remake of them? You're were fine but I believe I misinterpreted something...

Well, if you're only needed a resize them you could just shorten the legs and it should be fine. Otherwise yours is okay to me. (I'm Not very good at drawing bugbears. :lol: )

Umm, just give mountain walk to bugbears only. If we have it to all then wouldn't goblins need it too? We decided on allowing goblins to build their own tunnels and hobgoblins are somewhat like orcs. Bugbears make sense to have mountain walk.

Honestly I like the skrill rider concept but it would have to be a Griffin rider style with a lightning bolt ability that only effects 1 target and has a cool. No leadership of its the leader. If we chose a giant rat rider or warthog or something to that effect for the Hobgoblin leader then we could give him a leadership aura. The skrill rider would also be accessible through only the Stone fortress.

The most popular concepts for me are...

Giant wolves: taken by orcs
Giant Spider: cave dwelling like goblinoids
Wyvern: again taken by orcs

Soo... Best options are the Spider or the flying Skrill,

But it must have a leadership bonus. Tis a chieften. Or Warlord.

Out of all goblinoid races, hobgoblins are the most qualified.

Goblins are small and cowardly, but crafty, however this doesn't make them leaders
Hobgoblins are militaristic, most are leaders of goblinoid armies
Bugbears are huge and tribal, raiders mainly, but not nearly as organized as hobgoblins
