I also have idea of powerful spells for units that you can use only one per cooldown of all spells (aka spellbook, one cooldown for all spells of unit) and this needs similar mechanic.

Ofc that number can be 3 (turns), 500, 7 or 0 (instantly resets cooldowns).

For now i want to see 2 abilities with this effect:
Ability that will reset cooldowns to 0 on units (preferably with limited possible targets).
Ability that forcibly puts abilities on enemy casters on cooldown for 2 turns.
Specifically for not so genious persons

sorry but i am not sure i understand well

you want to put cooldown to an enemy or allied unit ability that is not even cooldowning ability? (eg. a strength spell?)

forcibly puts abilities on enemy casters on cooldown for 2 turns.
this is more trivial to a spell that "disables" caster for a number of turns (or disables casting abilities.)

I want ability to put cooldown onto enemy caster unit. Onto all his abilities without disabling actually attacks and such for him.

And also i want ability to reset cooldown on allied unit.
