Tbh, it looks like it should take up 2 tiles, and the same could be said for cruisers or larger that could fit on ingame rivers.

Try using the japanese hydroplane as a base instead. Editing an image is far easier than making it from scratch.

This wasn't an idea to add Finland as an independent country, but as auxiliary units for in game Axis faction to give them unit specialised for snow terrains.

Barbican is a turret above a gate usually used to guard the entrance of a walled town.

This is an upgrade that will give gates attack and range
It should take 4 turns to research from research center building

Gates will have 3 range and 5 atk.
