Hey I have a concern wouldn't the AI have a problem with this cause they only build buildings adjacent to their TC's so it would limit the AI's population a lot and I Guess the AI would just build barracks and will loose because of the limitations of Pop. I suggest let's just work on the AI's behavi...

I was more thinking of what if he gets left out Even though 3 dmg ain't that big thats like 7 hits to kill Skirm-Horseman and archers aren't alone they always have support and by the time that the lvl3 horse archer gets implemented based on its upgrade pattern it will have 30 hp by then which is a 3...

Horse archers are mostly used for speed. They are more resilient, than regular ones (apart of anti-cav weakness). But they are not really optimal, when counting ranged damage/cost. and Tanegashima Uses an Arquebus and musket is a deadlier version of arquebus so maybe 8 dmg for tanegashima and 10 for musket

Actually Muskets were also known as Heavy Arquebus which can peirce metal plating than an arquebus giving me the idea of giving negative armor and Demoralize is already in aos but I dont remember what does it do actually Im planning to change the musket even more by adding the ancestors of the muske...

about give it an effect that gives -2 armor to enemies in a range of 5 and maybe also -1 or 3 dmg but why -2armor cause as much as i nknow musketeers attack armor not p.armor test it out and maybe also give it slowing weapon and weakening weapon maybe to op? i have 2 plans a.) I noticed that the musketeer is useless dont have bonusses and dealslittle dmg so maybe give it ignore armor and the tanegashima ashigaru should be trainable after gunpowder tech

Then how about Make it just like in Warcraft(btw I LOVE warcraft) have it generate automatically then when you send a unit beside it you can open up its UI like assassin ability but you cant claim the building and only moneycouriers can enter and uses it as a money value and you can train mercenary ...
