Infantry armed with anti tank mines that immobilized tanks. Cost=2 turns. Speed=3. AT mines are invisible eventhough enemy unit is adjacent to them (because the engineer will covered the mines).

Lets name them combat enginners, shall we? AT mines destroyed vehicles btw too.
