Unit with a very high sight. Invisible in forest tiles and mountain tiles. Can climb mountains. Cost=1. Fragile.

Can go on mountain tiles
Can't see invisible units more than 3 tiles away.

All scouts should be able to spot invisible units. Maybe allow them to keep the sight and ability, while they are inside vehicles with carry capacity.

Maybe even 3 tiles will be good.
Sight range 10, detection range of invisible units 3.

Another trait. Can inspect enemy's tcs and urban areas. It will be helpful when fighting in dense urban areas that span on multiple tiles, but can't sabotage production.
