I got idea about giving Thunderstorm and Lightning Blade (Warmage) bonus against heavy armored units like Imperials or upcoming Phantoms

Not sure how to change lighting weapon, but I do think thunderstorm needs to be something other than a nerfed fireball that can't hit a lot of units and doesn't cause burning. I'm thinking if it dealt damage based on the target's armor, it would be much more useful. Let's say 5 + target armor + target p. armor. Against low armor units, it is weak, but something like a fully upgraded imperial shielder would be fried.
Currently residing at the local ninja academy. I'm still watching though.

We can also add another spell to someone - Thunder strike. Thunder-based magic missle.
Other than that it'll be intresting and useful.

Might work for elf wizard when summoned ents have duration and cooldown extension

At the start i had some ideas to make an ignore armor effect for lightning blade but it was a problem to implement it so we let it as it is but if we implement damage types we might simply adjust that (maybe heavy armor might simply have a low thunder resistance)

About the lightning it might simply give a stun effect with a % based on fortitude save (basically physical prowess) so you can easily stun a wide range of small units (it is an AOE spell after all).

I would make the spell more useful indeed.

Have stun make units unable to act for a certain amount of time, much like curse.
Just tweak what is already there to create an even better effect.
Beware the calm before the Tempest. . .
