Ok, I know I just posted resized image, but this two units still looks weird.
My attempt at making them similar to the rest:

I made a base of a pikeman and with gimp I cut armour parts, team colouring and weapon to different layers. Then filled missing parts and started adding discerning features of samurai on separated layers. Hardest thing was making hands shape. Katana is made using curved path and Stroke path option (width 2px with antialiasing), then making fitting edge.
Layered structure allows easier future changes.
I even have naked man layer.

on exporting to png please turn on compression and do not include
- Exif
- Xmp
- iptc
- thumbnil

if u have gimp on "export as" there is an advanced part and unceck everything.

this way instead of 9k the units are 1.5k sized, see here attached
