Buildings that becomes more costy - IMPLEMENTED

Right now, with improvements that increase buildings durability, you need more turns to build those buildings. I think that an upgrade should never increase the cost of something you produce. (i noticed that in the cost of factories that started to cost 5 turns)

Is this in AOS or one of the other sibling versions?
