Game Over miscalculation - on Garrison

Issues in the game itself, so no crash report but anything that works badly / or other way it should- but without a crash.

Game Over miscalculation - on Garrison

The problem is:
When unit is inside nuetral garrison (like house). The game checks for units on the first layer and this results in a loss. What I want is for the game to check inside buildings for playable units before concluding a victory.

Reason this report exists:
I had this map planned out where a single peasant in a desperate situation is backed into his house. Problem is, that I can't allow him to be directed there or else I and anyone else who plays that map will fail before the game begins where the main units come out after a dramatic moment seasoned by the description.

I hope this is not too much coding, Stratego.

how can u put a worker into a neutral house?

Not a neutral but an owned by player house.

I set it to be owned by player1. If every last owned unit is placed inside a house, then the owner of those units will lose as if they disappeared from the face of the Earth.
